Common Questions

How do I reset my password?

Tap “Forgot password?” on the login screen. Enter your email address and we’ll send you a link to reset your password.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

Go to the Subscription page in the app and tap “Upgrade”. You’ll be redirected to our secure payment partner (Stripe) to complete the upgrade.

How do I add a personal assistant?

Go to My Team in the app and tap the + button. Enter your assistant’s email address and select which modules they should have access to.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Priva is compliant with R.A. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). All documents are encrypted, case notes are attorney-client privileged, and we maintain a full audit log of all actions. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Which courts are supported?

Priva supports the complete Philippine court hierarchy: Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Regional Trial Courts, Metropolitan/Municipal Trial Courts, Sandiganbayan, Court of Tax Appeals, Family Courts, Shari’a Courts, and quasi-judicial bodies (NLRC, DARAB, POEA, and more).
