Reitek LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates Priva, a legal practice management platform for Philippine lawyers, clients, and personal assistants. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

We process personal information based on: (a) your consent provided during registration; (b) contractual necessity to deliver our services; and (c) legitimate interest in maintaining platform security and improving our services.
4. Personal Information Collected
- Account information: full name, email address, phone number, profile photo
- Lawyer credentials: Roll of Attorneys Number, IBP Number and Chapter, PTR Number, MCLE compliance data, notarial commission details, practice areas, office address, professional bio, consultation fee, availability schedule
- Client information: case involvement as a party, consultation bookings
- Platform activity: cases, documents, hearings, calendar events, tasks
- Technical data: device tokens for push notifications, authentication session data
- Audit data: system-generated logs of account actions for security and compliance
5. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: provide and maintain the Platform; manage user accounts and roles; process payments and subscriptions; send notifications (email and push); schedule and manage consultations; enforce access controls and delegation permissions; comply with legal obligations.
6. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We share data with the following service providers, solely for the purposes described:
- Supabase (database hosting, user authentication, file storage) — hosted in Singapore (ap-southeast-1)
- Stripe (payment processing) — we share payment metadata only; Priva does not store credit card numbers
- Resend (transactional email delivery) — receives email addresses for notification delivery
- Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification service (push notification delivery) — receives device tokens only
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
- Documents: soft-deleted (marked as deleted but retained for recovery). Permanent deletion is available upon request.
- Audit logs: append-only and retained indefinitely for platform integrity and legal compliance.
- Account deletion: upon request, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by Philippine law.
8. Your Rights Under R.A. 10173
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- Be informed of how your data is collected and processed
- Access your personal data held by us
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request erasure or blocking of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

9. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including: encryption in transit (TLS); encryption at rest (via Supabase); role-based access controls and delegation verification; comprehensive audit logging of all data mutations.
10. Cookies and Local Storage
The Platform stores authentication tokens in browser local storage to maintain your session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics trackers.
11. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
